Shelly received her Accounting Diploma with Honours from SAIT in 2003, then joined Hampson-Russell in June 2004 as an Accounting Assistant. She worked in an Accounts Payable (AP) role during her first year and then moved into an Accounts Receivable (AR) position in her second year.

Currently, Shelly's primary duties involve AR, invoicing, maintenance of customer accounts and helping with month-end transactions.

Shelly earned a Bachelors Degree in Material Engineering from Northeastern University in China  She then gained ten years of work experience in the area of materials quota, cost control and accounting while working in the manufacturing industry in China.
