Tanya is a Senior Applications Programmer. Her programming duties involve development on eLOG, AVO and EMERGE. Other responsibilities include management of maintenance, prioritization of incoming requests and problems, organization of release upgrades, as well as supervision of junior programmers. Tanya frequently deals with customers and internal support to provide advice pertaining to programming and 3-tier support issues.

Tanya has an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, specializing in computer graphics and image processing and an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Chernivtsi State University, Ukraine. She has been with Hampson-Russell since 1997.
