- The identification of yearly plans, priorities and objectives
- The implementation of action plans defined by each department
The SD/CSR Steering Committee members are the:
- President of Geophysical Services
- CEO of Sercel
- Senior Executive Vice President, HR, Communication, QHSE & Audit
- Executive Vice President, Performance & HSE
- Vice President, SD & CSR
- SD & CSR Managers
The SD/CSR Steering Committee meets quarterly and reports to the Executive Committee.
SD/CSR 2010 Priorities
In 2010, our main SD/CSR objectives are:
- Encouraging executive, line management and employees commitment in SD
- Raising employees awareness on SD/CSR
- Encouraging employees initiatives
- Developing internal processes structuring SD initiatives
- Working in cooperation with local communities
- Monitoring best practices and SD/CSR indicators (economical, social and environmental)
- Reinforcing communication on SD/CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
A Local Implementation
A network of local representatives is in charge of monitoring local SD/CSR actions.
